I’ve used different lawn services but this one is by far the best. You can trust that they will be delivered and the clean up process is seriously easy. Great for wintry Melbourne nights when you do not want to stand outside with the woofers!

Always freshly delivered & easy disposal.. well worth it .. I also use the watering spray bottle to keep it fresh for longer!

I guess being 12 weeks old they are still learning life. Initially play platform now loo. Let’s see what’s next 🤪

I decided ti get natures loo for my two mini dachshunds and it has saved me a hep of hassle and time. Delivery was as expected and customer service experience has been fantastic

I have four Chihuahuas indoor of course they are my children thanks to this grass. I made it through toilet training sisters especially when it rains. The grass makes one hell of a difference. I still used puppy pads because they had extra spots they would go to so the puppy pads were back up But they prefer to go on the grass inside and they prefer the grass outside and only use the pads when left at home for a prolonged period.

Honestly the only good grass that genuinely lasts compared to other grass suppliers. When my 30kg greyhound was using it a couple of times a day (massive wees), it'd last a solid week with minimal odour. A patch I bought that remained unused has literally lasted months just sitting outside. Of course it dries out after a couple of weeks but had absolutely no smell. Highly recommend.

Really happy with my first delivery. The grass was in such great condition given it is shipped from interstate. The packaging is so sturdy and easy to move from outside on the balcony to inside for use at night or when its too cold.

We’ve recently switched to Natures Loo from another company. We’re so happy we did. Reliable delivery and great product. The plastic under the grass is a lifesaver when living in a high rise apartment.

It was a life saver during the recent cyclone

Have tried a few competitors and this has rbe best quality grass hands down! Others start to reek in a week and this smells fresh for much longer. No issues with delivery as well. Haven't had a chance to deal with customer service so no comments on service so far

I was hesitant if it would work as I had to come up with an option bringing my pup to work, but 2min after introducing my 8weeks old pup she went and did a wee on it. I was the proudest dog mum ever and told the whole office 😂 I refused to use pads and artificial grass as she goes on the home lawn, but I highly recommend this. She is now 11 weeks old and hasn’t had an accident inside. My best recommendations are well-invested for a housetrained puppy.

It comes in a box shaped like a pizza box just a little bit bigger so the grass is immaculate. Unlike other companies I’ve had that deliver. It rolled up so the grass is smooshed and the soil is muddy just to save five or $10 and you’re stuck with a hideous piece of grass that you would rather throw out. This company is worth paying the extra five or $10 however I will be honest and say there is no way in God‘s green earth would I be paying two or $300 for a base that’s made out of wood that’s painted plain white Just to have a pretty base for my grass the other company that I went through for a little while the main reason I went through them is because their bases were a fraction of the price plain black nothing fancy no wood overhang just black plastic base with a little bit of a lip so that if there’s liquid in it it doesn’t spill out I would rather build my own base than pay $300 for one. It’s ridiculous. Your grass is exceptional. Can’t be happier the speed in which it’s delivered the way it’s delivered 10 out of 10 highly rated but please please bring out a budget streamline basic base without the wood overhang so that there’s a cheaper option and we can be loyal and get it all through you the bases for the other company don’t quite match up with the size of this grass so my first theory of getting a base from them and putting your grass in it I could do it but it’s gonna piss me off that it doesn’t actually 100% fit it’s gonna be too big and the grass is gonna be looking a little silly
