It was a life saver during the recent cyclone

Have tried a few competitors and this has rbe best quality grass hands down! Others start to reek in a week and this smells fresh for much longer. No issues with delivery as well. Haven't had a chance to deal with customer service so no comments on service so far

I was hesitant if it would work as I had to come up with an option bringing my pup to work, but 2min after introducing my 8weeks old pup she went and did a wee on it. I was the proudest dog mum ever and told the whole office 😂 I refused to use pads and artificial grass as she goes on the home lawn, but I highly recommend this. She is now 11 weeks old and hasn’t had an accident inside. My best recommendations are well-invested for a housetrained puppy.

It comes in a box shaped like a pizza box just a little bit bigger so the grass is immaculate. Unlike other companies I’ve had that deliver. It rolled up so the grass is smooshed and the soil is muddy just to save five or $10 and you’re stuck with a hideous piece of grass that you would rather throw out. This company is worth paying the extra five or $10 however I will be honest and say there is no way in God‘s green earth would I be paying two or $300 for a base that’s made out of wood that’s painted plain white Just to have a pretty base for my grass the other company that I went through for a little while the main reason I went through them is because their bases were a fraction of the price plain black nothing fancy no wood overhang just black plastic base with a little bit of a lip so that if there’s liquid in it it doesn’t spill out I would rather build my own base than pay $300 for one. It’s ridiculous. Your grass is exceptional. Can’t be happier the speed in which it’s delivered the way it’s delivered 10 out of 10 highly rated but please please bring out a budget streamline basic base without the wood overhang so that there’s a cheaper option and we can be loyal and get it all through you the bases for the other company don’t quite match up with the size of this grass so my first theory of getting a base from them and putting your grass in it I could do it but it’s gonna piss me off that it doesn’t actually 100% fit it’s gonna be too big and the grass is gonna be looking a little silly

This has been such an easy and reliable service. I was expecting the grass would possibly die but in actual fact I now have my own baby lawn and I’m unsure if I need to buy a little whipper snipper to cut the grass. I originally thought I would have to buy multiple subscriptions to maintain the grass but it grows so well. My dog thoroughly enjoys it. It doesn’t smell. It’s so easy to clean up and I just have to water it every couple of days. I enjoy being able to manage my subscription online and the customer service team have been incredibly helpful and responsive.

Reliable delivery, easy to handle and liked by the dog.

My little rescue poodle wouldn’t use it at first, but now she loves going out on her balcony and using the grass. It’s really brilliant for apartment living. Grass is easy to look after and dispose of, thanks to plastic lined box. Would just like a place to check date of upcoming order on website.

Reliable, arrives on time and my pup loves it. Helped a lot with toilet training. When you subscribe though, I noticed that order can’t be adjusted until first 3 deliveries but definitely a good product and reasonable price compared to others.

Natures Loo is excellent, and both our boys love it and the new tray we just purchased for it is also excellent and provides a better look and is cleaner. The addition of plastic has also been a positive change. Curious however, the weight of the grass boxed package varies almost each order and sometimes awkward when packing it up for removal to the bin.

My pooch hasn't used it yet he loves lying on it , the little bugger but I'm persistently training him to go I'm waiting for a artificial pot plant to come so maybe he can cock his leg on it as his a male dog hopefully he will go love the realness of the grass , its a great product but I wish it came in something more durable then cardboard anyway fingers crossed 🤞😀

I live in an apartment with a large balcony and I often have to leave my dog at home to go to work between walks and I initially tried a designer pet shop Loo structure which didn’t work and then fake grass that didn’t work and finally the real grass from natures loo which has worked I’m very happy and I would recommend this product to anyone.
