Good product, had two deliveries now and it is as described. My 7.5kg toy cavoodle inconsistently uses it and it's just big enough and a good size for the balcony. I think if it was slightly bigger it would be easier as she sometimes hits the sides and it disrupts her from doing her business. great service too, only scored down due to price plus shipping, that said, when comparing with other brands, it seemed similar in pricing.

Packages is good, easy to handle and clean. Prompt delivery. Only issue is mine is always delivered on its edge despite large red text on the lid stating must be laid flat at all times. Sometimes the turf has slipped because of this. I have raised it multiple times with no change from delivery partner.

Have tried a few competitors and this has rbe best quality grass hands down! Others start to reek in a week and this smells fresh for much longer. No issues with delivery as well. Haven't had a chance to deal with customer service so no comments on service so far

Prompt delivery, convenient easy to handle packaging. A bit expensive for 1 week delivery but good value if you can make it last 2 weeks.
